Constructed in 1989 as a 35,000 sq.m office building to house the Eastern District Centre for Tax Collection, the structure has faced minimal maintenance since then, leading to evident technical issues. The project's crucial objective was a comprehensive modernization. This involved a total overhaul of technical systems, optimization of office spaces and public facilities, the implementation of energy-efficient measures, and a complete reconstruction of the existing facade envelope.
