The project revolves around crafting an urban residential community featuring compact city dwellings. Two triangular towers rise atop a unified plinth base, housing shared facilities and a spacious rooftop garden for residents.

The design prioritises optimal flexibility for alternative apartment layouts, facilitated by a modular, prefabricated steel skeleton structure with exposed bracing. This approach ensures a high degree of space elasticity and unit variation within the building's envelope.
