The project brief entailed the creation of a green, dynamic residential community on the grounds of a former regional airport. Central to the masterplan is the transformation of the idle landing strip into a landscape axis, seamlessly connecting clusters of mixed housing units. The objective was to innovate in the organization and integration of living spaces, infrastructure, and the expansive natural surroundings, fostering a versatile, unique, and sustainable development.
